Mind-blowing customer service, staff were super friendly and communication was jaw-droppingly excellent! The hotel was spotless and clean, with free wi-fi and an awesome bar/lounge area. The restaurant offered a delicious welcome drink and the coffee shop was a great place to relax. The rooms were equipped with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for a cozy night in. The children's menu was a bonus for families, and wheelchair access made it convenient for everyone. Plus, they allowed pets! The air conditioning ensured a comfortable stay, and the strict no smoking policy meant a fresh and clean environment. the experience was top-notch!

really enjoyed amberieu-en-bugey, the hotel was luxury and quiet in the middle of the city. the location of this venue next to restaurant, park and quiet amberieu-en-bugey was marvellous. for dinner, we went to la tourmaline, it was few metres away from the venue.

We had a double room with coffee and tea making equipment, a flat-screen TV, and a writing desk.

The rooms at Hotel Ambotel were really cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a twin room and it had everything we needed. The tea/coffee maker was a nice touch, and the air conditioning made the room cool and refreshing.

Personally, I was not a fan of the soundproofing in the double room. I know some people like it, but I prefer to hear the sounds of the surroundings.

During my recent business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. They were always willing to help and answer my questions, making my stay more enjoyable. the hotel's location was very convenient, providing easy access to the nearby factory I had to visit.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the breakfast offered was a bit basic with limited options. The decor of the hotel was also outdated and could do with some updating.
